The nurses here quite literally deserve their licenses investigated for patient abuse and neglect. I fell off my bike while riding with a friend. Thank god I was wearing a helmet because if I wasnβt Iβm pretty sure I would have gotten life threatening injuries and these nurses would have just sat and watched. I arrived at the hospital at around 12:50 am with no movement in my arm from the fall. I was scraped up and in incredible pain. The nurses sat and ordered their cna/tech around like an actual slave from the beginning. I was never even told my nurseβs name. I am a nurse myself and this is a complete breach of patient rights. Additionally, no vitals were taken after the initial set. I was given fentanyl by the paramedic and then later on the nurse gave me intramuscular dilaudid. I told the nurse that it hurt too bad to get it in my leg and she essentially acted like I didnβt speak at all. INCREDIBLY rude. The way the DOCTORS had to cut off my clothes to help me get more comfortable and warm up after the crash was something Iβve never seen before. These nurses are BULLIES and bullied a fellow nurse and should feel shame for their terrible bedside manner. I spoke to the charge nur

My sister had a hemorrhagic stroke and burst aneurysm. A very severe brain injury, where time is crucial. She was transferred here for emergency brain surgery. Dr. Chamiraju came in to perform her surgery, he did an amazing job, and it saved her life!!! Nothing but gratitude for this neurosurgeon!! She then stayed here in the ICU for a few weeks, before going to a neuro rehab. The ICU staff were all super wonderful and amazing, too. The nurses were experienced, kind, caring and responsive. The two I saw most frequently were Celine and Patrick. Shoutout to them especially, for taking such awesome care of my sister! I have nothing but praise for this place. They saved my sisters life, and took great care of her afterwards. Thank you!!!

I recently received care here at DRH ED following an unexpected incident, and I am incredibly grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and support I experienced. The nurses, ED mamagers, Dr. Mark and radiology team especially Brit were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my well-being throughout my visit. RN coordinator Sierra and Chaplin Rev. Delaney showed me extraordinary care. This experience reminded me of the extraordinary professionals who show everyday committed helping others. Thank you to the entire team for providing excellent care during a difficult time. Your kindness and dedication made a lasting impression.

4R5A Iβve been here for two weeks and the care has been exceptional for the most part. The nursing staff goes above and beyond, which is great. Kim, Corey, Isabella, and Charlene on this unit have done a great job. I was in unit 4N7A prior to this and the staff over there made me feel safe and secure while I was terrified due to a sudden and serious health scare. In particular, nurses Carina and Lula did more for me than anyone else has ever in my life. Those two are FANTASTIC and I wish I could take them home with me :-) The PCAβs on 4N are also greatβ¦β¦especially Harry, Jose, and Luluβs daughter, whose name I think is Deeβ¦β¦.Iβm drawing a blank. All in all, I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

4L Ms Kayla was amazing on 21 of Feb and 23 of Feb was amazing and the Pca Ms Laura as well. It's been a great improvement in patient care. π Well done. Also Dr. EZE was one of the best Dr's I've had here. Patient, kind, concerned, and understanding, gave explanations, and consideration to my needs and concerns.
